1. ISL analyzes samples as received.
2. ISL analyzes samples on a first come, first served basis.
3. A minimum of 25 samples is required to complete one batch for analysis. If less than 25 samples are submitted, it will be pooled with other customers' samples until the total number of samples per batch is reached.
4. For transgenic research, ISL only accepts non-viable transgenic materials (NVTM) and samples that have a DOST reference number.
